PACX is operated by Concinno (“Concinno”, “we”, “us”), which acts as data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at info@pacx.io or via concinno.com.
We collect only the data you provide voluntarily: the information submitted in the membership review form (name, surname, email address, professional profile, goals, interests and referral details), any messages you send us, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type generated when you visit the site.
We use your data to review and respond to membership requests, to communicate with you about PACX, and to operate and secure the website. The legal bases are the performance of a pre-contractual relationship at your request, your consent where given, and our legitimate interest in running the network.
Data is accessible to Concinno staff involved in membership review and to service providers that host our website, database and email delivery on our behalf. They act as processors under contract and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data.
Membership request data is retained for as long as needed to assess your application and, if admitted, for the duration of your membership. Unsuccessful or withdrawn requests are deleted or anonymised within 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.
